The Squad is heading to the southernmost state in New England: Connecticut.
JoyRide Westport will be our home on Sunday, October 15th at 12pm.
JoyRide has nine studio locations in Connecticut and Texas and they have created a special 30/30 class just for this SQUAD.
We will spend 30 minutes cycling to their rocking playlist as we sprint, climb hills and soar down the back side. Then we will literally HIT up their beautiful 2nd studio that features water rowers and boxing bags!
