Saturday, November 4th is the day that our hands quite literally become our feet as we learn to go upside down and even walk on them.
Our handstand SQUAD WOD is for those who have never gone upside down to those who can balance and walk, but want to take their talents to the next level.
Sam’s dynamic teaching is a combination of pole, gymnastics, yoga, and hand balancing.
