Yanyah Milutinovic has not had an easy life, and all is not as it appears on the outside.
She was homeless, survived domestic violence, rose to be a World Karate Champion and is now on one of the most important journeys of her life, as a new mother.
We can say unequivocally that when you meet this beautiful soul, you will be changed forever.
She will inspire you to reach for your dreams and never be defined by your past or any preconceived notion about yourself.
There is no greater example of someone rising above their situation to become their best self than Yanyah.
We are honored to celebrate her with an all female workout and chance to be inspired.
