We are headed down the Mississippi to the land of voodoo, beignets & beads for a Squad WOD in New Orleans, Louisiana!
Our host is NOLA’s premier CrossFit gym: CrossFit Roux.
The workout is for ALL LEVELS and as usual, NO CROSSFIT experience is required!
Proceeds from this all female empowerment hour will be dedicated to the Junior League of New Orleans. This organization of women is exclusively educational and charitable and promotes voluntarism and develops the potential of women through the leadership of trained volunteers.
