It’s time to lift up some heavy sh!t to bring attention to a topic that we all have had to deal with in some form in our lives: depression.

Secure your spot and get ready to DEADLIFT.

Christine Coen founded a campaign called Deadlifts Over Depression to raise awareness of the impact of movement on mental well being by encouraging people to take on the 60 second deadlift challenge.

And, that’s just what this Squad is going to do on Feb 9th.

So, grab your best girlfriends and get ready to crush a challenge that will have you cheering on your mates right up to the last second.  We will follow the deadlift challenge with a team workout that will round out your Saturday Sweat!

Christine Coen is a Registered Dietitian and has worked the past 10 years as a one-on-one fitness professional in NYC.

Several years ago, Christine went on her own wellness journey which has inspired her to do what she does today.  Through her own battle using movement to overcome depression, anxiety, and binge eating, Christine is now committed to helping others use movement to boost their mood.
Get ready to meet Christine and hear about her new online program, The Warrior Team, which encourages wellness through community, movement, gut health & intentional mindset.
Proceeds will be donated to Fountain House.
Fountain House is dedicated to the recovery of men and women with mental illness by providing opportunities for our members to live, work, and learn, while contributing their talents through a community of mutual support.
